The last 2 days I've entered the rocket rush extreme and I haven't received any striped candy counts for all the levels I've completed. Why is that?

Are you able to check what version of the game you have and what platform you're on? If it still is around we'd definitely like to have a closer look at that. I understand that it must be frustrating to have several discussions, but anything you can add here like that info or screenshots would be appreciated!
No, it is not fixed. It only works maybe one out of every 4 days. Yes I have complained to the help center several times.

It would be helpful if you gave us the rewards we deserve. I would have won it twice and it stopped counting striped candles halfway through. I'm so over this game. Too difficult to earn boosters. Way too many extremely difficult levels. Even Bake a cake is ridiculous.
I also have this issue it is now happening for the third time that’s why I came here😳. Very frustrating
same here, my score got stuck at 105 no matter how many more levels I passed.
When I play Rocket Rush it is not tracking my stripes to get credit.

Hi @Nick-3 , I am sorry to hear that your stripped candies are not added to your score. Please keep in mind that you must win the level in order for them to be counted.
In case the issue persits e usually recommend these steps to make sure that nothing is wrong or broken in your game:
-Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
-Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
-Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
-Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
-Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.

I have a new PC and installed the candy crush soda saga app on the new PC but it fails whenever I try to login to facebook from the game.
