Candy Crush Soda Saga boosters paid for but not received

Twice bought the $14.99 booster package and twice did not receive the five unlimited items.

Received the 60 gold bars and 8 one-off items, but both times have not received the 5 unlimited boosters bottom left hand corner of this screen shot.

Feeling robbed. Partial refund or gold bar credit respectfully requested please.

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
