The reward points from the cake baking are missing, I can't find the info anywhere. Before the last cake baking my team was almost at 825 points and I was waiting for the reward but it isn't there anymore.

This is not a glitch, so no need to contact King Support. As this removing team rewards process is changing team by team, not ALL TEAM at the same time, therefore you should move to another team that is still having team ranking and team rewards as soon as possible. You can get the team rewards there.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
