After switching to a new phone, I started the game daily but my streak hasn't started. No new levels are showing. No activities are showing.

    I am sorry to hear that you are not seeing new levels or activities. Could you please try these steps:

    *Restart: Force close apps and restart your device. 

    *Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates. 

    *Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay. 

    *Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data. 

    *Clear Cache: 

    🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache 

    🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data 

    Try to play a few levels to help with your activities to show in your game, otherwise, if the issues persists, could you please confirm your device info(make and model) and the game version you have installed?
