I can’t get past level 4821!

I refuse to pay for boosters and have more than 550 days in a row playing. I have been trying to beat this level for weeks and suspect beating it isn’t possible without outside help. Is my only option to quit after years of enjoying this game? So frustrating

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
