I purchased a special deal from collecting golden tickets this morning, and I now see that the game charged me twice. That happened before, but when I contacted Apple Purchase Support, they said I was not eligible for a refund. I have had several instances where I did NOT purchase the special deal but was charged for it. Is there someone at King who can help me? How do I reach their customer service department?
