my Candy Crush Soda game is frozen. Even when I reboot te device it is still frozen.

Please be sure you have a strong Internet connection with fi is better for gaming and at least 2gig of free memory
Clear the game cache from your device settings menu selecting apps as overloaded cache can create issues
Then log out of the game and leave your device off for a moment or two

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
