little red x does not take me back to day one since I missed day 14
I have had this issue for 4 days.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I really don’t want to lose my progress.
I’m having the same issue and I’m on day 254 and I don’t want to start all over again.
having same issue past few days frozen on same page as everyone else
Done uninstalling, reinstalling and cache clearing and made no difference

I am having this issue as well. I'm stuck on a screen that says "Day Missed" (day 7) and the little red "x" on the right below the reward box is not working when I tap it. This happened to me before and I had to reinstall the game but then I lost all my saved rewards. I don't want to lose those again. Can you please help?
still locked out after 3 days stuck on day 26 not completed. Won’t let me close page so I can’t restart the game.
Hi! Thanks for the details. It sounds like your Daily Treat Calendar is frozen on Day 14, showing a missed day with a red X and no way to move forward. This seems to be a glitch — you should be able to continue, even if you missed a day. You might try restarting the game or clearing the cache (if you're on Android). If that doesn't work, you may need to report it to King Support. This issue has happened to other players too, so you're not alone!
Hey there! Sorry to hear you're stuck — if you're seeing a red icon and can't clear the missed day or even get into the game, it could be a bug in the Daily Treat Calendar. Try force-closing and reopening the app. If it still locks you out, I’d recommend contacting King Support directly or reinstalling the app (but only after syncing to a King or Facebook account so you don't lose progress!) Hopefully they patch this soon!
I have the missed day error with small red c and I can’t clear nor can I get back into the game. This has been going on for 4 days
day 14 is in the middle of the calendar, it says day missed shows what I missed and then has a small red x. Day 14 is frozen in the middle of the screen and is the only day there. The other days are behind day 14
Hi! I think I get what you mean — you're referring to the Daily Reward Calendar and how missing Day 1 didn’t restart your streak, right?
In most King games, if you miss a day, the game may:
Some events require consecutive logins, while others don’t fully reset unless you reach the end. Unfortunately, there’s no manual way to “go back” to Day 1 or clear the ❌.
