I’m stuck in the 4 in a row board on Candy Crush Soda, even though I completed the task. Also, it won’t let me chose another challange.
I have the same problem, Windows app. Game updated yesterday to latest version. I start the game, Four On A Row screen pops up with the Get Reward button, click that button and then an endlessly rotating circle on the button. I can't do anything. Restarting the game doesn't work, restarting Windows also not, there is full connection to internet, can't sign in or out, nothing. Contacted support now, just posting it here too just in case.
Hey! That definitely sounds frustrating — the “4 in a Row” event should let you choose a new task once your current one is marked complete. A few things that might help:
🔹 Try force-closing and reopening the game — that can trigger the board to refresh. 🔹 Make sure you’re connected to the internet and logged into your King account. 🔹 Sometimes there's a slight delay in marking a task complete — try playing one more level to “nudge” the game to update.
