due to this issue with daily rewards freezing the game access I’ve been unable to get in my account. I had to delete the app and readd it twice. Both times I lost my stored up purchases. I want a refund.
Hey there, I'm really sorry to hear that. Boosters are connected to the game file, so reinstalling the game basically erases the boosters.
As for the problem, the developers of the game are working on fixing it now - but I understand that it might've made more sense to try to reinstall the game.
Unfortunately this isn't something that I can help with, but I recommend you reach out to our support and let them know your Player ID, as well as if you have any screenshots of your inventory in the game.
