Help my Candy Crush Soda screen is frozen!

Screen is frozen on Day Missed! Play on to stay on track for your next bonus Boost! There is an X but nothing happens when you tap on it!! I have tried several times to turn off my device but it’s still frozen! I think I am up in the 5000 levels but can’t tell you that for sure???? Help I don’t want to lose my levels or gold bars?!!!
