Ce matin je n'ai plus d'équipe qui a disparue ainsi que toutes mes baguettes magiques. Que dois-je faire ?

I completely understand your disappointment at losing all those hard-earned boosters from your device, worry not, allow me to explain why this happens.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. However, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, then the boosters can, unfortunately, be lost.

We never recommend storing too many free boosters on your device, as not only is there a chance they may be lost, but they can also affect the gameplay.

As for your team disappearing, please note that special events like this are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often.

However, events and features in our games can temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:

01- Play one level

02- Close the app and restart your device

03- Check that you have a stable connection

Please note that these steps do not guarantee that the feature will return, and we are sadly unable to add features back manually. 😕
