Lost my progress when I closed app

hi,

Today I kept getting a box in the middle of the game blocking some of the game. I closed the app and it went away but came back. Then when I closed the app again to get rid of it it lost my progress, made me repeat the level, and lost my white candy ball. So now I have to play several levels to get it back. That box obstructs my view. I spend a lot of money on this app. Please fix this!

Additionally, quitting out of the game while inside of a level will count as a loss, which is why you lost the streak.

Hi there, it looks like you have the Rocket Rush event active which is counting whenever you collect striped candies for that specific event.

Are you saying that this pop-up with the counter doesn't go away after it's shown? Could you try the following steps:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If this doesn't help, it would be great to know what Game Version you have, as well as what platform you play on, and if possible - your Player ID
