Gold bars went missing

I bought moves after losing using my Last 10 gold bars but immediately after buying the game went black and logged me out of the app then when I went bars to play I find that I have 0 gold bars 😭😭😭😭 where do I complain to have my gold bars returned to me?

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
