Hi there, did you reinstall the game or simply update it?
Updating shouldn't erase your progress, but in any case if you have an account in the game you should be able to simply log into either your King or Facebook account to continue were you left off.
If you don't have an account I suggest making one, then reaching out to the support in the game to see if they can help you get back up to speed.
