Hey there, before entering a level do you have the booster checked like as in ✅? Because if you do you will use one each time you play a level, so it's good to make sure that you're not using them when you don't want to.

Hello again. Have tried all the recommendations without luck. Quite bizarre that the in-game bonuses were unaffected but the pre- game ones...*poof*gone. I have had to re-register with a different name etc and this has also not changed anything; I still have my in-game bonuses and levels (I couldn't remember my details-it was some time ago). Oh, and theprofile picture glitch happened about the same time but is bqck to normal now.
