Sweet Offer not delivered

I purchased a Sweet Offer in Candy Crush Soda and the items were not delivered. Additionally, the item is now locked and won't let me proceed to the free item that comes next in the Locked Treasures offer. I have a receipt so I know money was exchanged.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
