Why did my swapping hand booster and pink lollipops got disappeard when I signed in my facebook?

Hi there,

As I signed in with my facebook account after crossing over 1000 levels, my pink lollipop booster and the swapping candy hand boosters with a good number got disappeared. It just shows a plus sign on both of them. However, I had over 40 of pink lollipops booster and the swapping hands were in between 10-15. Also, the game isn't as fun since I have signed it. I have felt that it has become tough and lest boosters given. Kindly, help as much as possible, as I was really enjoying the game but feels like I gotta move on from it if its getting unfair.

Hi there, were you playing on a different device/platform before? Your boosters are tied to wherever you are playing, so if you switch it up, they go away.
