Levels are too hard, where is the moderater in the groups?

WOW! Been away for 5 months. I am an avid player, and consider myself a really good player after these years. Just started back, I download the games. No facebook as I play with students during the day. Am on level #197. Way hard!! And what happened to the groups? Is there no real person/moderator anymore? Not really liking this game so much anyway. And I don't mind purchasing, at all, but this soon, as I have had to do a few times. 🤔 Not so happy with this game at all!

How do I update my payment card details?

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
