Not receiving purchases

I attempted to purchase several boosters today and it wasn't working so I kept trying. Later I realized that 2 of my credit cards were charged several times and I never received my boosters! How can I be reimbursed?

If you were charged multiple times but didn’t receive the boosters, don’t worry — you can get help. Here’s what to do:

💳 For purchases made in-game:

1. Check your receipts: Look in your email (or app store purchase history) for proof of charges.
2. Go to the Help Center:
   • In the game, tap the gear icon ⚙️ (usually in the top right).
   • Tap Help Center, then go to Purchases and Gold Bars > Missing purchase.
3. Submit a request: Be sure to include:
   • A screenshot of the receipt(s)
   • Your Player ID (found in the game settings or under your profile)

They’re really good at handling this kind of issue and should be able to refund the extra charges or send the missing boosters. Just be sure not to try buying again for now — it could charge again without delivering!
