why is it when I restart a game, it don't give me the booster that I have?

Your boosters should be saved to your device and ready to still use even if you restart the game.
Hey there, if you start a level, and restart or exit the game - it will be counted as a loss.
So if you used a booster in that level, it will have been "used".
