Lost all of my levels on iPad

I have always logged in to Candy Crush Soda Saga through my Facebook account (Susie Eckley Mahoney). I don’t have an email set up. Through some sort of cosmic glitch, I am logged out of my game on my iPad. I was on level 6941 (which I can access on my android phone). When I try to log into CCSS using the blue “log in through Facebook” button, it asks me to log in to my husband’s Facebook account. (They were never linked. Hence….glitch.) Whaaaaaat?

Please contact player support directly and they might be able to help you. There is no one here in this community who can as we are all players just like yourself. I have no experience with Facebook myself. From Settings in the app on your iPad go into the Help centre and scroll through all the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. It's the best way as they will then have your player details to hand, or use this but then you will need to tell them who you are:

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
