✅ I didn't get my Soda Cup rewards! (Resolved)

~~We've noted an issue with the Soda Cup finishing yesterday where it seems like players may or may not have gotten the rewards that they were supposed to in the event.~~

The issue has now been fixed, please restart your game to claim your reward if you won the Soda Cup!

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

hello….Im wanting to Bake in the bakery,however it always says “Bakery opening soon”……This has been non stop for the past few weeks now…
Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
