I lost my rewards 2 in a row baking cakes

nothing is more annoying than to buy bars, loose rewards, and feel like the game is not set up fairly! Why do i get hard or hardest every game or every other game? These extra hard were separated by 5-6-even 7 normal games now it every other game .. i am starting to loose interest. 3 time i have sent u a message and ready after all these years to find something else to do with my spare time!
