If your prizes are taken away, did you do the following:
If you reinstall the game, you don't have any boosters, and the worst part, you can't retrieve boosters but to earn more again.
If you didn't reinstall the game, it is a technical bug I think. But only the studio can manage it, so please contact player support team here:

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
