Computer reset lost consecutive level counter

After completing level 1245 a couple days ago, the game froze while scoring with the unused moves. While frozen, the computer went through an update/reset. When restarted, Soda Saga Level 1245 was listed as not finished, and had lost the 1015+ consecutive 1st time level completions that I had acquired. Can this be corrected?

I understand that you worked very hard to build up your Win Streak, and I will gladly share some more information on this.

We do our best to make sure that all features are accessible and functioning correctly, however, there are things beyond our technical reach which sometimes cause instances like this one.

As much as I'd love to, we're unable to manually restore your win streak or pass the level again for you, but there are also lots of other great ways to pick up boosters in the game, so keep playing and collecting, and I’m sure you’ll get the help you need to break through those tricky levels.
