Hi, my mother changed her phone but she lost the Facebook account that was linked to her candy crush soda account, though it's still connected in the old phone can i ask King to transfer the progress on the new account or just give me the access to the old one ?

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.

Can't login to facebook from game
I have a new PC and installed the candy crush soda saga app on the new PC but it fails whenever I try to login to facebook from the game. I have verified my login credentials are correct but all it does is tell me the password is incorrect. Logging in with my King account does not restore my progress.
