Hi, I saw another post on here from someone who has the exact same problem. They posted the following -
“message in game tells me I have no internet connection, I know I have because everything else works fine, just candy-crush-soda-saga doesn't . I have done all suggested options in help guide and still no internet connection with the game”
I have the exact same problem. My profile name/email/avatar aren’t loading, I can’t log out because it says no internet connection, and none of my level progress is showing. I’ve tried deleting the game and reinstalling what feels like hundreds of times, and have had success logging into my sister’s account on my same device, it just seems to be my account that is the problem. I don’t know what’s happening but support have just given me the generic “try restarting the device and reinstalling the game” instructions which I have done over and over and over again, but it’s still not working. My mom is having the exact same problem with her account as well. I even tried installing candy crush soda saga on my iPad and tried logging in to my iPad with my account but the exact same thing happened. It just gets stuck loading and never loads my account or progress. The ticket from the support email I got is “15842051”. My mom’s ticket number is “15842101”. Can someone please please please help us :(
