Randomly lost my win streak

So last night I got 275 straight wins, a few levels passed actually, and noticed tonight my win streak is gone after playing for approximately an hour. What the heck happened? Ik this is a game but it's been a day. I'm not able to sleep due to getting chemical burns at work & this is a great way to refocus and pass the time.

I'm very sorry you have this issue, it must be frustrating 😔

Try to do a soft restart on your device, sometimes it's an issue.

If above doesn't work, try to reinstall the game, and before doing that, make sure you are signed in to King or Facebook account to save your progress and remember your privacy. And then go back to the game and log in. ⚠️ Take note that when you do this method, you will lose your boosters and events, but your levels and gold bar progress remains.

If nothing really works, we're very sorry 😔 and your only option is to contact the player support team. Refer here:
