Help advice needed

1. After I purchased a package I no longer receive the free lives of you watch videos.
2. End of level chances have been taken away from me to such as the 5 extra chances you get to finish the level.
3. I can not edit my profile as the email address is no longer active and I am on level 7130 something.

I am not getting any help from the emailing the company and its getting rather frustrating as I have been playing this game for almost ten years so super loyal here any advice please would be greatly appreciated.
