Hey there! Using a translation tool I see that you've been logged out of the account. If you're using a King account you can use the "Forgot Password" feature so that you can reset it via your email address.
If you're having problem reaching your email you should check with the email provider first, but otherwise you can reach out to the support within the game itself as well via the settings menu!

So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
