I just tried to purchase a life refill, twice, it took my 18 coins and is still asking me to pay for life renewal.

Sorry, it happened yesterday , I would have no way to video it now. I ran out of lives: I purchased the $9.99 package for an hour of extras and intended to use the coins to restore lives, I tried twice , and got no lives and therefore lost my hour of extras waiting for lives to renew.
