How can I have game stop cheating?

so where do I find my player id at? I can’t seem to find it. Because it would be good if you can see if the devs can help too. I’ve emailed them like 8 different times and I end up always getting an email back sending me to the community every time. Always feels like I’m being ignored every time. Tired of only 1 level pass a day. Would be nice if I would have a streak but can’t because soon as I pass a level. Boom stuck til next morning or morning after. And of course stuck on non hard level again. Love this game and don’t really wanna stop playing it but also tired of how the game treats me. I really miss the days of playing this game and not have nothing but struggles like it is now the way the game acts. I have 32 gigs left on my iPad so I have enough space and it plays smoothly and everything.

just beat the level not long ago. Beat it before I saw the vid. I usually play a couple hrs every morn. I’ll prob be stuck on this one for a couple days. I only pass a level once or twice every morn. Lot of times I don’t pass a level. And that’s including non hard level. Which I can’t believe how many hard levels they added to the game. It’s insane that they would add so many hard levels like they did.

That's not nice, it sounds like the game might be crashing in that case, to avoid more crashes please look at these steps:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I think especially the memory one is important here, because it might be that the device is full and can't take more data.

What level are you currently playing on? Wondering if it might be an especially tough set of levels that you've been experiencing. It's also good to know your Player ID so I can check with the developers if something is wrong.

Hey there and thanks for the feedback @Bob88! For the events you may be matched with players from a very wide range of progress in Soda, some that might be in more easier set of levels which makes them progress faster in the event.

At the same time, you might be in easier/tougher parts in that same regard, but I understand that it must feel rough to not be able to keep up with the other players if they're just speeding ahead.

The data updates at intervals and isn't "real-time", so it also may look strange for you when loading in the scores, but in any case that is also good feedback for the developers to look at, so thank you for sharing that.

Also want to emphasize that although events are nice, you're not forced to participate in them, so please feel free to play at your own pace.

I can't fix the game personally, but I can forward the voice of the players and the feedback to the studio.

ya I remember the days where we watch an ad and we actually get lives and a couple boosts. I really miss those days. I been playin this game for the last 12 yrs and game didn’t cheat as near much and didn’t have a mind of its own. Would be nice if king was actually reading these and they actually get rid of the cheating. I get some levels gotta be hard and im cool with that but not every single level and if lucky maybe pass only 2 levels a day is ridiculous.
