This is a circle jerk

I need some way to contact support real time to provide receipt for my very delayed purchase. Took 4 days for them to take my money and not give me what I paid for after it showed it was denied. All progress was lost and resulted in a total waste of my time and money. I need to speak to someone!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried a purchase last week and it kept saying "something went wrong", purchase declined. I thought a bad connection and tried several times. I see my email the next morning with six charges plus PayPal charges. Spent the rest of that day on the phone with my bank credit card and PayPal to reverse charges. Never rec'd any credits. Unfortunately, after 9 years I am phasing out playing King Candy Crush Soda Saga. 😥

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
