Please perform the following let's see if it brings it through for you
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Now play any level and restart your device once again 💓
Hi kever687, my apologies for the late reply, this message seems to have fallen between the cracks. Does the islands work for you now? If you can't build any more island pieces, it could be that you are one of the lucky few who have reached the end of the island content (for now)! We are working hard on adding more islands for you to enjoy so stay tuned :) Also make sure you're always on the latest app version so that there are no old bugs or glitches causing issues in your game :)
