After all these years of playing candy crush saga I am giving it up. I have mentioned many times that randomly my profile changes to I don't know what. I lose things I have paid for and earned. I can't be bothered anymore trying to get this fixed.
I have previously asked the question as to why it keeps changing. I will be playing and realise that I am on a random profile. I loose the bonuses and anything I have played. I am pretty sure the level stays the same.
Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that your profile keeps changing. To clarify, when this occurs do you also get logged out of your account and lose your level progress, or is it only your profile picture that gets changed? Also, does this happen on an iOS or Android device?
Currently in Soda there's a test where replaying older levels in not available, and golden pins are not active - to have players focus more forward on progress than going back.
