Ieri sera ho acquistato un pacchetto di aiuti, è arrivato tutto, tranne i lingotti d'oro. Ho fatto la procedura di riavvio gioco ed ho passato alcuni livelli, ma i lingotti non sono arrivati

To make sure nothing is wrong with your game I'd try the following

• Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
• Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
• Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
• Clear Cache:
  • 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
  • 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
• Log Out: Log out and back in to see if nothing is wrong with your account.

3. Go to any article 📖
4. Scroll to the bottom and press "Chat with us" or "Contact us"
