In that case it's great if you follow the steps provided earlier. It sounds like there may be an issue either with your network or the version of the game, so I would check your internet settings and also make sure that you have the latest version of the game.
thanks to every one that have tried to help me over the past two days with my game problems but nothing has worked so i may have to say good bye to you all and look to play another game;
