Game keeps spinning after I win the game

Won a game , it keeps cycling won't move on to next game. Won't show I won the game. Count down on moves still showing same amount

Why it happens

Most of the time, Candy Crush gets “stuck” trying to:

So the game knows you won, but it can’t finish the “you won!” screen.

Things that usually fix it

Try these in order (you don’t have to do all of them):

1. Check your internet
   
   • Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data
   • Make sure the signal is strong

   • Swipe Candy Crush completely closed
   • Reopen it and see if the level counted (often it does!)

5. Restart your device

   • This bug pops up a lot right before or after updates
