Why is it i can never move on past 60 days? I did get a new cellphone and my game on the phone never caught up. Any help would be appreciated.

In that case I think it's very important that you follow the steps provided earlier to ensure that nothing is wrong with your game

This progress is bound to the device as are boosters, so if you switch the device you may lose the progress in this event. However, you should be able to progress past 60 days - do you happen to have any screenshots of the issue?
