I play my game every night and this is not the first time you have marked my account as I missed a day and have to start over how do I let you guys know that this is incorrect. Do this happen to anybody else

I’m sorry to hear you’ve lost your login streak in Candy Crush Soda Saga. I understand that you worked very hard to build up to such a number, and I will gladly share some more information on this.
We do our best to make sure that all features are accessible and functioning correctly, however, there are things beyond our technical reach which sometimes cause instances like this one. Device updates, the time you’ve logged in, and those one-time glitches can cause errors like this. As much as I would love to, we are unable to restore Calendar progress.
However, since you are such a dedicated player, our Player Support team has already sent you some in-game goodies to try and make up for this as a sign of goodwill which I hope will come in handy 🎁
The next time you open the game, these goodies will be all set and waiting for you to enjoy. If, by any chance, you don't see them, here's a quick tip: please try force closing the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it. That should do the trick.
You can also rest assured though that the rewards for the login streak eventually cycle over and over as your streak continues, so you won't be missing out!
Although the number of your streak increases, your rewards will not multiply the higher the number becomes. There are also lots of other great ways to pick up boosters in the game, so keep playing and collecting, and I’m sure you’ll get the help you need to break through those tricky levels.
