why are we not able to purchase candy canes,the top reward in bear climb ? Or not be able to purchase in the bundles ? I know it’s not called candy cane but that’s what we call it

Hey there, you're probably referring to the Supersonic Lollipop
The simple reason I'd imagine is that this is an increadibly strong booster, using it in some levels will instantly make you win it and progress further - you can collect pieces of this in events, and eventually get this for absolute tough positions.
We sometimes host contests here in the community where you can win this though, so keep an eye out in the Contest section 😉
