I can't find where to log into my candy crush soda account and it's starting me back at level one and I paid money to get as far as I've gotten. I would like to retrieve my progress, please
Hi my friend did you change devices or uninstall if you did and had been previously saving your progress this will be the reason why
However if you had saved your progress please try the following it should retrieve your levels 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
