One of your ads displays as solid black with no way to exit out from it. Other ads appear fine, but whenever this one opens I am forced to quit out of the game and restart it. This has cause me to lose all my streaks. Please fix it.

EVERY time a certain ad comes on, I am forced to watch it for 30 seconds and when I try to close it, my whole game resets ending all my streaks and losing my bonuses.
