I am sorry to hear you have not received your Gift card rewards. To confirm this is a King Gift card correct?
Please check out our Help Center + chat bot. Then follow the Chat With Us option, you can then reach out to Player Support to obtain help with your gift card rewards ensuring that your receive a reply as soon as possible.
Make sure to include your gift card number, pin and value once you reach out to them.
