Candy Crush Soda Saga

I recently purchased a Samsung S10 fe to replace my Samsung S5e. When I downloaded the Candy Crush Saga to my new tablet all of my boosters had disappeared. I have been playing this game for a long time (level 17,970) and I paid and earned all of these boosters. My progress has been saved with Facebook but not my boosters. I created a King account and according to Google that should have enabled me to get my boosters back but it didn't. What do I do to get them back?

Please note that boosters unlike Gold Bars which are saved directly with our servers just as your progress is, these are saved instead directly to your device memory so reinstalling or in this case causes the loss of them.

Please check out our Help Center + chat bot. Then follow the Chat With Us option, you can then reach out to Player Support to try to obtain help with your issue ensuring that your receive a reply as soon as possible.
