why when my friends give me lives and it usually 3 at a time. When I go to collect them I only receive 1 life the others disappear?

In Candy Crush Soda Saga, you likely only receive one life because the game caps how many lives you can accept at once, or because your inventory is already near maximum (5/5). When you accept multiple lives, extras often fail to stack and disappear due to technical limitations or "one-in-one-out" mailbox behavior.
