Candy Crush Soda Saga

For the last few months I have not been receiving gifts or earned extra lives. It gives me 1 life out of unlimited or multiple gifts. I am able to get gifted lives only if I refresh and reload the browser, but any other gifts or rewards never come through. I do not have this issue on my IPhone app. Anyone having the same issue?
