First it was the Rocket Rush, then it's the Surf Race, now it's Bake a Cake. These games are unplayable because they are not keeping track of levels that are won. Plus the fact that it erroneously keeps telling me I haven't played the game that day and I lose my progress, when I just played in the morning. Between all of this plus the fact that you can't manage to give us more than three days worth of new levels each week, your Candy Crush games are no longer any fun.

Hey there @minnaj and sorry to hear about this experience,

When it's not tracking levels for you in the different events, are you playing new levels, levels through the pink door (mastery levels) or are you playing older levels?

Usually events do not allow to play older levels, but most events you should be able to play Mastery Levels or new levels to be able to progress in them.

For Bake-A-Cake, I assume you're playing the levels within the event.

As for the login bonus, this is set for your device, you should only lose the streak if you skip an entire calendar day (or change device time/zone in a way that makes the game think you did).

If the login bonus still doesn't collect properly, it would be great to get your Player ID some information when this happened so I can look into it!
