Every since I signed up for King I have lost resources you use before game and the ones you use during the game like the lollipops. I both earned and paid for them

On the logout question, that option can vary a bit depending on device and game state, so Support should be able to guide you there too while they investigate the account issue.
For the name change part: if you are referring to your King profile name, that may not work the same way as changing your picture, so itβs worth asking Support about that in the same request.

Also where would I log out of the game. Ive seen it but cant find it now. While im at it the reason I even signed up for King account is to change user name of character. It gives me option to change Pic but not name
I didnt uninstall game. I did the update before items went missing. It's like creating a king account started me over. Would you like to know the exact amount I spent bc my bank account can show it. It's more about the gold and items but I dont know exactly how much of those I lost
Hey again @Brandi28326, have you perhaps reinstalled the game? Boosters are tied to the game file and not account so if you delete the game it will also affect the boosters.
I would also try to check the games for updates and log out and back in again to make sure nothing is wrong with the game as well
